After making purchase you will get a confirmation email informing you if your transaction was successful. You may also view this confirmation in your account section located at the top right corner of the website. After payment has been confirmed one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours so please make sure to use a valid email address.

If you purchased a downloadable product you should receive an email with your download link. If you are unable to access download or have any issues please submit a ticket with Paypal receipt number. We will normally get back to you within 48 hours or as soon as ticket has been received.

No we do no provide support for commercial items. Our support only covers services or products purchased directly from us. We always  try our best to ensure that themes, plugins, or scripts are installed unto your server without any issues.

In certain cases we may work beside the developer of a commercial script to insure satisfactory end results for our clients. Before contacting us about an issue we advise customers to check with the original developer. We always try our best to assist customers so please be patient and provide as much details as possible when opening a ticket.

We do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed. If you’re not satisfied with a service we encourage you to submit a ticket in the contact us section our site. In Some cases we will offer a full refund if the job is cancelled within 24 hours of making purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Standard rate per hour is $25.00 for any job that’s under 20 minutes and a set fee of $50.00 for job over 20 minutes.
